Got into entrepreneurship at a young age. Since then, had the opportunity to become COO and CEO of 4 start-ups, lead an IPO, live through 6 rounds of fundraising, and 2 exits.

In 2010, came that existential question “What next?”. Decided therefore to share the best and worst practices as well as mistakes and good choices I have learned and made along the way.

Highly involved as Board Member of various start-ups: Launchmetrics, TVTY, Dataiku, Bonitasoft, and QuelleEnergie. Have also served as Board Member for 4 years at Bpifrance. Loved to work with all of these young talents.

Met and got to know Xavier, managing partner @Serena whilst on the board of Launchmetrics. Became Venture Partner then Operating Partner at Serena. Now in charge of providing operational expertise to portfolio companies to maximize value on the investment. In a other words, in charge of customer success at Serena!
